Key Responsibilities Targeted Research & List Building: Execute complex B2B research strategies to identify decision-makers, key stakeholders, and target accounts across various industries and global markets. Data Validation & Integrity: Rigorously cross-reference, validate, and cleanse lead data (email, phone, title, company data) using multiple paid and public tools to ensure 99%+ accuracy. Technographic & Intent Mapping: Research and identify specific technologies used by target companies and track buying signals (intent data) to prioritize lists. Database Management: Utilize internal CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to enter, update, and maintain lead intelligence. Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in research workflows and suggest improvements to boost list quality and research efficiency. Compliance: Ensure all lead collection and list management practices adhere to international data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, market research, or database management is strongly preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant certifications or internship experience are encouraged to apply for entry-level roles within the batch. Technical Proficiency (Must Haves): Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience navigating CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Research Acumen: Exceptional ability to formulate complex search queries and navigate various online data sources quickly and efficiently. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and validation; a low tolerance for inaccuracy is essential.
