Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual data entry and data processing tasks with a high degree of precision.
• Verify and cross-reference data to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations and Procurement team to improve data processing workflows.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual data processing within IT SaaS companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
• Competence in using data processing software and tools.
• Familiarity with data validation and quality control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of database management and data security principles.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A relevant degree or equivalent work experience. |
