Key Responsibilities:

Daily Data Entry:
Accurately input production, inventory, and dispatch data into the company’s software system
Quality and Accuracy Control:
Ensure consistency, completeness, and correctness of all data entries. Flag and rectify discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
Excel-Based Work:
Perform basic data cleaning and formatting using Excel. Use functions such as
SUM, VLOOKUP, IF
, etc., for routine reporting
Record Management:
Maintain a structured and organised digital record system. Ensure timely updates to avoid process delays.

Required Skills

Microsoft Excel
