Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain customer details in the database accurately.
Record sales, inquiries, and service-related information systematically.
Generate reports on customer trends, sales, and inventory as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer data.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data-driven insights.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in CRM management and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or data management (retail experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of jewellery products and showroom operations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
