Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Operator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain large datasets for accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement data visualizations to support business decisions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
