Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Operator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement effective data visualization techniques to communicate insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new data systems.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust testing and validation procedures.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
Participate in developing best practices and standards for data management and analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience working with large datasets using SQL or other programming languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
