Job Description

Regularly track and extract data of new projects registered on RERA portals (state-wise).
Gather detailed information on:
Project name, location, and size.
Builder/company name and corporate office details.
Key decision-makers (Directors, Sales/CRM Heads, IT Heads).
Contact details – phone numbers, email IDs, LinkedIn profiles.
Validate and update data to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication.
Categorize leads based on relevance and priority.
Share qualified data with the sales team in a structured format (Excel/CRM).
Maintain weekly/monthly MIS of data generated.
Research additional touchpoints through company websites, LinkedIn, directories, and industry reports.
Continuously expand and enrich the builder/project database.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
