As a Data Loss Prevention Application & Policy Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data loss prevention strategies and technologies. What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage data loss prevention policies and applications to protect sensitive data across various platforms.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure data protection policies align with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze data loss prevention incidents, providing insights and recommendations for policy improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on data protection best practices and compliance requirements.
• Utilize advanced analytics to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of data loss prevention solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in data security, data protection, or information governance roles.
• Proven experience implementing data loss prevention technologies and policies.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data protection concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with data loss prevention tools and strategies, as well as incident management processes.
