As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for independently leading client engagements with a global team to provide content support for new opportunities, develop toolkits, and ensure client success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with clients to identify opportunities for implementing analytics solutions across their organizations - Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent customer impact and drive continuous improvement - Demonstrating leadership in analytics delivery by guiding the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques, and deriving actionable insights to address clients' business KPIs - Designing the analytics and reporting platform, defining its architecture, and recommending suitable database, ETL, analytics, and visualization tools - Providing consultation on implementing analytics-driven business strategies, including advanced statistics and machine learning applications - Utilizing project management skills and strong analytical capabilities to deliver successful outcomes - Demonstrating a passion for generating meaningful insights through data analysis In addition to the primary skills required for this role, such as professionalism, strong business acumen, and an understanding of performance and talent management processes, secondary skills that are preferred include: - Proficiency in structuring and analyzing data, and effectively communicating insights to senior stakeholders - Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Strong networking and influencing skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful analytics projects, drive client success, and contribute to the growth of the organization through advanced analytics solutions.
