Job Description

As a Lead in client engagement, you will be responsible for independently leading the team to provide content support for new opportunities and ensuring client success. You will engage with clients to identify opportunities for analytics implementation and drive resolution to avoid customer impact. Your role will involve guiding the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques, and extracting actionable insights to address clients" business KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing the analytics and reporting platform, defining the architecture, and recommending suitable software tools. - Lead client engagement with global team support for new opportunities - Identify opportunities to institutionalize analytics across client organizations - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure continuous improvement - Guide the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques, and actionable insights - Design the analytics and reporting platform, define architecture, and recommend suitable tools - Provide consultation on implementing analytics-driven business strategies - Demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills - Generate meaningful insights and recommendations to address client needs - Proven experience in project management and analytics delivery - Passionate about numbers and analytics with a strong business acumen - Understanding of Performance and Talent Management processes preferred - Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent networking and influencing skills,
