Data Information Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Data Research & Sourcing:

• Search and gather information on required equipment, vendors, and relevant industry data.
• Identify and source potential talent by researching universities, job portals, and other platforms.
• Utilize search engines and social media platforms for targeted data collection.

• Administrative Support:

• Post job advertisements and share shortlisted talent data with the HR team.
• Compile and maintain accurate databases in Excel for easy reference and reporting.
• Present and share relevant data with different departments as required.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and maintain up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  BBA / B.Com / BA graduates can apply.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management tools.
• Strong research and online sourcing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
