Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry & MIS Executive Location: [Your Location — Agarpara/Panihati, N. 24 Parganas Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in medicine or pharmaceutical-related work Job Responsibilities: Accurate data entry of purchase, sales, and inventory records Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) regularly Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements Reconcile stock and manage data related to medicines and pharmaceutical products Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and sales teams for data accuracy Assist in maintaining digital and physical records as per compliance standards Handle confidential information with integrity Support management in data analysis and report creation Key Skills: Good typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology Strong attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision Good communication and coordination skills Eligibility: ✅ Minimum 6 months of work experience in medicine or pharmaceutical-related data entry work (Must Have) ✅ Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience ✅ Ready to join immediately or on short notice Benefits: Fixed salary between ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 Exposure to the growing pharmaceutical industry Opportunities for skill development.
