Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy individual to manage and analyze data from Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads, and other paid campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for tracking ad spends, analyzing returns, and generating product- and brand-wise performance reports to help drive data-backed marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports of marketing spends and returns (ROAS/DRR) for each product and brand.
• Collect and organize ad performance data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Identify trends, optimize reporting structures, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Prepare Excel dashboards or reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to support ad optimization decisions with accurate data.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and clear documentation of marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, ROAS, ACoS, CTR, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to manage large datasets and create clear performance summaries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
