Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with a commerce background. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, hands-on experience in data entry, and proficiency in converting PDF files to Excel. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities ·        Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. ·        Convert PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets while ensuring data integrity. ·        Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. ·        Organise and manage electronic records in a structured manner. ·        Handle sensitive information confidentially. ·        Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and validating data for accuracy.   Required Skills & Qualifications ·        Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred or equivalent). ·        2–3 years of proven experience in data entry or back-office operations. ·        Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer operations. ·        Proficiency in converting PDF files into Excel. ·        Added advantage: Basic knowledge of stock market data ·        High level of accuracy, typing speed, and attention to detail. ·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ·        Should have good knowledge of English   Who Can Apply ·        Candidates with a commerce background looking to build a career in data management, operations.
