Position Overview We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to convert data from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and convert data from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets. Ensure all data is entered correctly without errors or omissions. Verify and cross-check data for consistency and accuracy. Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times. Manage and organise files systematically for easy retrieval. Meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and timely completion of projects. Qualifications Proven 2 -3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF reading tools. Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
