Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 5.00 AM to 1.00 PM (Monday to friday)

Week Off: Saturday / Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, editing, formatting, and reporting.
• Conduct online research and scrape relevant data from Google and other online sources.
• Validate, cross-check, and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare, maintain, and share reports as per team requirements.
• Manage emails and communication efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.
• Organise and update records for proper documentation and easy retrieval.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Good command of Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, and data validation.
• Ability to scrape and gather data from Google and other sources.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Good typing speed with strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in handling large datasets.
