Role & Responsibilities Preparing of E- Invoice & E- Challan. Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems. Verify and validate information to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and rectify issues. Manage data entry tasks with strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Making bank entries & reconciliation Qualifications B.com Graduate with experience in bank entries & reconciliation Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role. Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
