Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Data Entry Operator !!!

Location : Pawne MIDC, Koparkhairne

Qualification Required : Any Graduate

Experience Required : 1-2 years as Data Entry Operator

Role & Responsibilities :

Enter and update daily production, inventory, and dispatch data in ERP/MIS systems.
Maintain accurate records of raw material receipts, issue slips, and finished goods.
Support the documentation and record-keeping process for audits (ISO/IRIS/Customer audits).
Verify and cross-check data from different departments (production, stores, QC, etc.) for accuracy.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in maintaining employee attendance, overtime, and shift records if required.
Handle digital and physical filing of documents and records.
Coordinate with production, planning, and accounts teams for timely data submission.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data at all times

Key Skills Required :

Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
Good understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of ISO documentation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
