The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining organized records, and supporting the smooth flow of information across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and verify data in company systems and databases.
• Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity.
• Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and other data entry software effectively.
• Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for smooth coordination.

Mandatory Skills

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
