We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry & CRM Intern to support our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data within the CRM system to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update customer, lead, and sales data into the CRM system.
Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Regularly clean and deduplicate data to enhance CRM efficiency.
Extract, compile, and analyze data to generate reports for the Business Development team.
Support the team in tracking sales pipelines, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Assist in uploading and maintaining documents, contracts, and other relevant materials in the CRM.
Work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure seamless data flow and updates.
Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Immediate Joining required, 6 day working ( Tuesday to Sunday )
Duration - ( 2 to 3 Months )
Language: Tamil, English, Hindi
