KRA for Data Entry Executive

• Data Accuracy & Quality
• Maintain 100% accuracy while entering data into the system.
• Ensure all records are updated without spelling, formatting, or calculation errors.
• Regularly verify data against source documents for consistency.

• Data Entry Speed & Timeliness
• Achieve a minimum typing speed target (e.g., 40–50 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Complete daily/weekly assigned data entry tasks within agreed timelines.
• Meet deadlines for bulk uploads or urgent entries.

• Database Management
• Keep all records organized, properly labeled, and easy to retrieve.
• Maintain updated logs for all data entered or modified.
• Remove duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant entries from the database.

• Compliance & Confidentiality
• Follow company’s data security policies.
• Ensure sensitive information is stored and processed in compliance with privacy laws.
• No unauthorized sharing of company data.

• Error Reporting & Problem-Solving
• Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information to the relevant team.
• Suggest improvements to avoid recurring errors.
• Assist in troubleshooting database-related issues.

• Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect or verify data.
• Support other teams in data-related tasks during peak workload.
• Maintain clear communication on work status.

• Continuous Improvement
• Participate in training sessions for software/tools used for data entry.
• Implement best practices to improve speed and efficiency.
• Stay updated on process changes and implement them promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
