Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry (Accounts) position based in Noida. The Data Entry (Accounts) professional will be responsible for entering and updating financial records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role involves regular interaction with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting and data management, performing data entry with a high level of accuracy, and providing general administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update financial data in accounting software/Excel.
• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Verify accuracy of data before entry.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or accounts-related work.
• Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks or Zoho Books) is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
