With a commitment to quality, precision, and timely execution, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to oversee and maintain accurate records of material movements at our warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouse. Log inventory details and prepare daily stock movement reports . Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and report submissions. Coordinate with warehouse staff and project/site teams to verify material documentation. Store and manage data in both digital systems and physical logs . Uphold data integrity and ensure confidentiality of all warehouse information. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory tracking, or warehouse operations preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word , and basic computer operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
