Data Engineering Lead

We are seeking immediate joiners for the position of Data Engineering Lead based in Noida. Candidates must have 8+ years of data engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role, with a proven track record of building and operating large-scale production data platforms and delivering complex projects from ideation to deployment.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of scalable data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms), defining best practices, and overseeing the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to presentation. The role also involves building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, and driving automation initiatives.

As a team leader, you will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and manage project delivery. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and maintaining operational excellence in data infrastructure are essential.
