Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and API services for large-scale applications.
Work extensively with structured and unstructured data across multiple sources.
Implement data integrations, transformations, and cloud migration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable backend solutions.
Leverage cloud technologies (GCP, SpannerDB, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Kafka) for data engineering solutions.
Ensure best practices in API development, backend design, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Programming:
Strong expertise in
Java
(mandatory) and good working knowledge of
Python
.
Backend & API:
Proven experience with
Spring Boot
, API services, and microservices development.
Databases:
Hands-on experience with
SQL
,
SpannerDB
, and
BigQuery
.
Messaging & Data Streams:
Experience with
Kafka
and
Pub/Sub
.
Cloud Platforms:
Strong exposure to
GCP
and multi-cloud environments.
Data Integrations & Pipelines:
Skilled in designing and implementing end-to-end pipelines and data migration strategies.
