You will bridge the gap between business and development and develop robust analytics, optimization, and personalization solutions for our clients. You will translate business goals into KPIs and metrics and work closely with development to design systems with those metrics that are collected accurately for our clients. You will represent analytics and the importance of data to our clients success.
Job Responsibilities:
Analytics Tagging Testing 65%
- Validate and debug implementations using GTM debugger
- QA implementation of new pixels to ensure they are working properly and work with requesting agencies to ensure pixels are firing
- Validate and debug tags on a regular basis; identify and remove outdated tags regularly
- Collaborate with web analysts, agencies and business/marketing partners to ensure implementation requirements were met
- Able to identify when IT involvement is necessary for tag/pixel implementation outside of scope for Tag Manager
- Assists with the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute web analytics best practices Preferred but not essential
Project Management 35%
- Assist with project management, support for new tag submissions and PBI creation
- Assist in some follow-up emails between PBIs, testing or vendor pixel validation
- Partner with stakeholders to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects/requests; provide status updates to partners
- Gather stakeholder requirements, develop opportunity sizing and business cases, assist in writing technical or functional specs when necessary
- Represents the project at meetings, scrum standup calls and/or in group discussions as requested.
- Monitors and manages timely communication response and follow-up in our workflow tool (Monday), the centralized team communication, Azure dev ops and collaboration system or other internal Web-based software.
- Ensures proper task documentation, updates and project close-out.
- Works closely with the Director of Projects and Portfolio Management team on all releases
Travel :
Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
