IN Data Engineer – Enterprise Content Management

Mode of Interview:

Face to Face (Mandatory)

Location:

Pune / Coimbatore (Work from office mandatory from Day 1)

No. of Positions:

2 (1 for Band 6A, 1 for Band 6B)

Notes

Candidate must work onsite from day one.
Ensure basic validation and interest check before profile submission.
Candidate band will be determined based on relevant experience (lesser experience will not be considered for higher bands).

Mandatory Skill (Must Have)

OpenText Content Server

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

OpenText Extended ECM for SAP
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
.NET for 3rd-party integrations

The role involves

end-to-end support and development in OpenText Content Server

environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot and support existing workflows, live reports, web reports, scan profiles, OCC profiles.
Design and develop solutions related to OpenText Content Server applications with project teams.
Provide L2 and L3 support for end users, ensuring application stability and availability.
Develop and maintain web reports, workflows, workspaces, categories, and appearances.
Perform Windows maintenance, patch applications, enhancements, and service restarts.
Support change management and conduct end-user training.
Apply fixes for security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance (Legal, TCC, Security, Data Privacy).
Manage QA certifications, disaster recovery drills, and high availability exercises.
Support and enhance SSRS reports, stored procedures, functions, and SQL queries for OpenText.
Optimize database schema, SQL views, and queries to improve performance.
Support bulk tools (Object importer/exporter).
Manage SSL certificate renewals, user password rotations, and OCC profile support.
Provide problem management, RCA, and fixes for recurring issues.
Support REST API/SOAPI integrations and .NET-based 3rd-party application integrations.
