Data Coordinator

Your role as a Data Administrator in the Marketing Operations Team is crucial as you will be supporting various stakeholders to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving data quality and maximizing the usage of our CRM and Marketing system - Ensuring data is marketable for optimal email deliverability to customers and prospects - Tracking Marketing engagement and activity to bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing - Performing data administrative tasks and regular marketing operational tasks - Supporting Marketing colleagues with data cleanse activities and providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting - Collaborating with Sales Operational Colleagues to cleanse customer data within CRM Your soft skills are equally important for this role, including multitasking, time management, and teamwork. You are expected to work to a high standard, fostering continuous learning and development within the team. In terms of qualifications, you should possess data analytics skills with a good understanding of Contact Data management, GDPR, and PI regulations. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data and multiple stakeholders are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and experience with CRM and marketing systems is a plus.
