Data & Coordination Support Executive


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, manage, and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
  • Format resumes according to company or client requirements (Word and PDF).
  • Upload and submit profiles on job portals, ATS, and client platforms.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Coordinate between recruiters, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Track candidate submissions, interview schedules, and feedback updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS and performance trackers.


🎯 Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel

    and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, charts, reporting)
  • Proficiency in data management and resume formatting
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
