Data Center Engineer (CE4 Level)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Engineer (CE4 Level) to join our delivery team supporting Cisco’s CX initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise across core data center technologies, strong customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in high-impact environments.

You will be part of a team delivering tailored solutions across enterprise verticals including BFSI, healthcare, and service providers. The role involves hands-on implementation, migration, and support of complex infrastructure projects.

·      Deliver across the PDIM lifecycle: Plan, Design, Implement, Migrate

·      Lead or support deployments in ACI (Single site, Multi-site, Multi-pod)

·      Deploy and support Nexus architectures (3-tier, collapsed core, VXLAN with L2/L3 stretch and DCI)

·      Implement and manage compute infrastructure (Cisco UCS, MDS)

·      Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Red Hat)

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

·      Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions

·      Maintain high standards of quality and documentation

·      Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

·      7+ years of hands-on experience in data center technologies

·      Strong expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus, and UCS

·      Familiarity with VXLAN, DCI, and virtualization platforms

·      Experience with AI-ready infrastructure is a plus

·      Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)

·      Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Certifications preferred: CCNP, CCIE (written or certified)
