Job Overview:

Data & Excel Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, clean, and update data using Microsoft Excel
  • Create basic reports using formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Ensure data accuracy and identify inconsistencies for correction
  • Assist with daily data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Help prepare reports, charts, and data summaries for internal use
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and gradually take on more advanced data handling and analysis tasks

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus

Eligibility:

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
  • No prior work experience required
  • Internship or academic project experience with Excel or data-related tasks is a bonus
