Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect with over 10 years of expertise in Data Engineering and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data architectures that align with business goals and technology strategies. This role requires strong technical knowledge along with the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable, robust, and secure enterprise data architecture.
• Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end data solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Evaluate and select appropriate data management technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, privacy, and security standards are implemented effectively.
• Mentor and guide data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Define and maintain data modeling standards and best practices.
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data architecture and engineering.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2+ years in a data architecture or leadership role.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data services.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Certification in cloud data architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Data Engineer).
• Experience with real-time data streaming tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹830,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
