Data Architect

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Architect to design and implement robust data architecture and frameworks that support enterprise-level platforms. These platforms serve as central repositories for product asset data, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting both field and digital services.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in data modeling and design principles
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight
• Ability to create and manage complex data models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data governance and data security practices
• Good knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Basic knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., SnapLogic, Informatica CAI)

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, or related roles
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions
• Proven experience with data modeling and architecture design methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with both relational and non-relational database systems
• Experience leading data architecture for major transformation initiatives or system implementations
• Track record of translating business requirements into effective data solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Create blueprints for data management systems that ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs
• Define and enforce data standards, principles, and models across the organization
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance are maintained at all levels
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data strategies with enterprise goals
• Maintain consistency in data architecture practices and documentation
• Improve system performance through testing, troubleshooting, and integration of new technologies
• Lead data migration and transformation initiatives during major deployments
