Data Analytics Developer

Key Skills: SQL, ETL Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data solutions using ETL tools, SQL, and at least one programming or reporting technology (Python, Java, React, MSTR, Tableau, or PowerBI). Work on cloud platforms like AWS or any other public cloud environment for data operations and analytics. Debug and resolve complex incidents reported by clients, ensuring SLA compliance. Prepare and present status updates during client meetings and address queries. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize performance and ensure operational stability. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members; foster a high-performance culture. Perform task management, monitor team deliverables, and track SLA performance. Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint for documentation and workflow management. Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure structured delivery of solutions. Lead and coach a team of 10-15 members effectively. Encourage a learning mindset within the team and explore new domains or technologies. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Expirence Requirements: 6-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on data analytics and development. Experience working with AWS or any public cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with at least one programming or visualization tool (Python/Java/React/MSTR/Tableau/PowerBI). Proficiency in SQL and database tools is mandatory. Experience with ETL processes and tools. Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint. Solid understanding of SDLC practices. Experience in leading or mentoring a team of 10-15 members. Strong planning, organizing, and task management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
