Data Analytics Developer

In this role at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on designing, testing, and deploying AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio. Your main tasks will involve embedding these agents into Power Apps, integrating them with Power Automate flows to streamline workflows, and automating tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of custom connectors that extend the capabilities of these agents, enabling them to interact with diverse data sources and services. Your responsibilities will also include supporting conversational AI features, ensuring agents have effective access to relevant data, and participating in troubleshooting and optimization efforts to maintain high performance and reliability across all solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, test, and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio - Embed AI agents into Power Apps and integrate them with Power Automate flows - Contribute to the development of custom connectors to extend agent capabilities - Support conversational AI features and ensure effective data access - Participate in troubleshooting and optimization efforts for high performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in automation & AI development or low-code platforms - Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio - Solid understanding of natural language processing and automation concepts - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components - Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices - Strong grasp of advanced AI concepts At FIS, you can expect attractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance.
