Data Analyst_Finance (Contractual role)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Elaboration of the Operational Budget with all the Departments of the company 2. Analysis of the deviations between actuals and the approved budget Audit and review of the closing operations. 3. Monthly reporting of all the activities to the country manager and to the Headquarter Controlling Dpt (main KPI: sales, worked hours, productivity, P&L, investments…) 4. Reporting of the monthly forecast to the headquarters. 5. Participation on the feasibility studies of the events developed by the company (Openings, relocations and refurbishments) 6. Implementation of control expense plans. 7. Proactive approach for proposing the optimization plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred). Proficient in financial software and Excel (ERP experience preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information. Strong analytical and synthetic skills and good business sense with self-learning initiative and capability. Strong organization and planning skills Skilled at interacting and communicating with other departments (directly and habitually interacts with the general management of the branch) Skilled at methodical and detailed work (used to working with very specific and concrete information) Knowledge of advanced local accounting principles and procedures (IFRS knowledge will be highly valued).
