Excel Specialist (Data Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis

  : Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, array formulas) to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, or anomalies.

• Reporting & Visualization

  : Design and maintain dynamic dashboards, charts, and reports using Excels charting tools, conditional formatting, and PivotCharts to present data clearly to stakeholders.

• Data Management

  : Clean, organize, and validate data in Excel to ensure accuracy and consistency, including handling large datasets from multiple sources.

• Automation

  : Develop and implement Excel macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

• Modeling

  : Build financial, operational, or statistical models in Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, or scenario analysis.

• Collaboration

  : Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to gather requirements and deliver tailored Excel-based solutions.

• Documentation

  : Create and maintain documentation for Excel processes, templates, and macros to ensure scalability and ease of use.

• Training & Support

  : Provide guidance and training to team members on Excel best practices and advanced techniques.

CTC is fixed 3.25 Lakhs. In Hand salary is 27K. Medical insurance will be provided additionally.
