Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute analytics solutions using SAS and SQL for retail and campaign analytics
Collaborate with campaign management teams to track, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness
Generate reports and actionable insights from retail banking data
Convert business requirements into analytical frameworks and solutions
Lead data transformation and migration initiatives
Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python, Dataiku, or other tools
Build customer segmentation models to enhance campaign targeting
Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in SAS and SQL
Knowledge of Python and Dataiku is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience in retail analytics, campaign management, and banking domain
Proven experience in automation, workflow optimization, and reporting pipelines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
