Job Description

As a KPI Data Analyst in the Technical Documentation department at TSSC located in Anangpur, Faridabad, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and reporting Quality & Cost KPI data. Your main focus will be on optimizing and ensuring that MSTR Reporting and Reports align with corporate requirements, as well as individual BU/BA requirements where feasible. You will play a crucial role in acquiring, verifying, and transforming Quality KPIs and cost data into target formats before uploading them to the central SQL database at regular intervals. Additionally, your role will involve the development and maintenance of automation tools using C#, Python, and SQL. You will also be required to run reports in different systems such as SAP, BW, and Teamcenter periodically to gather raw data for the aforementioned tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong knowledge of C#, Python, SQL, and SAP. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential, and a basic understanding of MicroStrategy (MSTR) will be advantageous. Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary for this position. Furthermore, having an analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a keen willingness to learn will be key to your success in this role.
