Job Profile: Data Analyst Salary Grade: 26 Job Title: Data Analyst Job Family: Analytics Primary Role: Individual Contributor Job Description: You're empowered to do your best! As a key resource to our stakeholders, you must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to always meet deadlines. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and either develop reports or dashboards to provide data to the customers Knowledge on various People Analytics datasets and metrics including but not restricted to Demographics, Hires & Turnover, DEI, Survey etc. Collaborate with stakeholders on ad hoc and standard reporting requests received via ServiceNow. Working in an Agile framework using Swift Kanban. Identify appropriate data sources, metrics, and tools for providing required information according to clients' requests Knowledge on Data Governance and Approvals to ensure proper data sharing practices Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and demonstrate improvement of defined processes in consultation with stakeholders Create specifications and transformation jobs to bring data into a proper structure and conduct analysis to validate the accuracy and quality of the data Create segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization Provides solutions to complex problems and own the solutions for successful implementations Drive collaboration and innovative solution approach across the teams Knowledge on Product lifecycle and its various phases Relationships: Relationships: People Business Team, Business Unit Clients, Employees, US partners/extended team Required Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate preferable with a major in Computer Science Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting, OTBI Reports Experience on any visualization tools preferably DOMO, or Power BI, Tableau, QlikView Well versed with Data Analysis and able to generate insights Hands on knowledge on Data Transformations/Data Quality Experience in a similar role/domain - People Analytics and/or any of the HR vertical and/or Experience in a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to HR data, PeopleSoft tables Experience on any data modeling/ETL tool like Alteryx, DOMO, etc. Good knowledge of relational databases Ability to research issues, investigate the data accuracy, and perform quality checks Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others Work Requirements: Shift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India management NP 45 Days Salary 18 LPA Experience 4-7 Years Location NCR , Hyderabad Shift 11 AM-8 PM
