Data Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support hospital operations through data-driven insights. The role involves analysing workforce-related data, tracking performance metrics, and building dashboards that enable leadership to make informed decisions and optimize organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze workforce and hospital operational data to identify trends and gaps.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for management decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate key metrics such as attendance, manpower utilization, shift planning, training effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
Provide insights on staff deployment, process efficiency, and resource allocation to improve overall hospital operations.
Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct predictive and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic planning and workforce optimization.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in handling sensitive organizational data.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of Python and SQL (basics) for data processing and automation.
Understanding of Business Intelligence Analytics and workforce data interpretation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to management.
Proactive, quick learner and team-oriented mind-set.

Educational & Professional Background:

Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Statistics / or related field.
Exposure to analytics in hospital/healthcare/operations domain Added Advantage.
Certifications in Business Intelligence, R Programming, Excel, or Project Management are an added advantage.
