Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You will work closely with the sales and operations departments to extract, analyze, and interpret data, helping identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Mining & Harvesting: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources (CRM, sales, operations, tenders, etc.).
• Gap Analysis: Identify performance gaps and suggest actionable strategies to bridge them.
• Leakage Identification: Analyze lost sales, performance leakages, and data inconsistencies to uncover underlying issues.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast sales and operational demands using historical data and trends.
• Tender Analysis: Evaluate and interpret tender documents/data to identify business opportunities and assess competitiveness.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to implement data-backed rectification strategies and improve conversion metrics.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards, visual reports, and summaries to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis tool (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Good understanding of sales and operations processes.
• Familiarity with data cleansing, preprocessing, and basic predictive modeling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
