Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst or in a similar role
Knowledge of healthcare procedures, terminology, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
Experience in data modeling and ETL processes
