Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Analyst, your role will involve analyzing Pan-India sales performance, forecasting demand across different regions, and providing insights on competitor pricing and market positioning. You will also be responsible for developing customer lifetime value models, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and evaluating pricing strategies. Additionally, you will leverage AI-driven analytics for forecasting automation and work on digital marketing analytics to track website traffic and optimize digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze Pan-India sales performance, identify key trends, and forecast demand across different regions. - Develop regional demand forecasting models to align inventory distribution and optimize product availability. - Study customer purchase behavior, product preferences, and seasonal trends to refine marketing strategies. - Provide insights on competitor pricing, market positioning, and sales tactics for competitive advantage. - Build customer lifetime value (CLV) models to track retention rates and identify high-value customers. - Analyze feedback, reviews, and sentiment trends to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Track inventory movements and optimize supply chain efficiency based on regional demand patterns. - Evaluate profitability of different product lines and suggest pricing adjustments. - Leverage AI-driven analytics for forecasting and reporting automation. - Track website traffic, social media engagement, and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and other tools. - Monitor ad performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize digital marketing investments for maximum ROI. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R for data analysis. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and e-commerce insights tools. Ability to build predictive models for sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and customer segmentation. - Business & Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer behavior, digital marketing analytics, and sales optimization strategies. Understanding of supply chain operations and retail distribution in a manufacturing setup. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales teams. High attention to detail and ability to adapt to fast-changing business environments.,
