Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a data analyst role, with a focus on digital marketing, marketing analytics, or sales data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) and how they impact business performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and strategically, applying data to solve business challenges and optimize marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze marketing, sales, and campaign data from various sources (Google Analytics, CRM tools, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver insightful reports that highlight key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital marketing performance.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance digital marketing strategies.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to present complex data in an easily digestible format for stakeholders.
  • Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify Trends & Opportunities: Continuously monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
