Maintaining and enhance reports/dashboards on Excel & Google Sheets; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Supporting the Strategic Sourcing team with variance analysis, trend studies, and ad hoc deep-dives.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations summarizing KPIs and key performance metrics.
Assisting in SAP-related activities including purchase liquidations, GRN/invoice tracking, reconciliations, and audits.
Identifying automation opportunities and build scalable frameworks for reporting.
Working closely with Sourcing, Production, Logistics, and Farm Ops to ensure data consistency and reliability.

Preferred candidate profile

Have 1-3 years of experience working in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Process Excellence roles.
Have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting tools is preferred.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present insights, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders.
Are detail-oriented, structured in approach, and comfortable managing large datasets from multiple sources.
Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sourcing, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
Have the hands-on experience on managing complex and diverse data sources on a regular basis.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
