Program Manager Sourcing

Role & responsibilities

The Program Manager Sourcing will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring,

reporting, and issue resolution across the supply chain for chicken, goat, lamb,

fish, and seafood categories. The role ensures consistent supply, adherence to fill

rate targets, and smooth movement of raw materials from vendors, farms, and

coasts to Licious production centres across India. This is a mid-level execution role

requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with

internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Supply & Fill Rate Monitoring

-Track daily, weekly, and monthly fill rate and supply rate performance across all categories.

-Identify gaps between demand and supply; escalate and support corrective action implementation.

2. End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility

- Maintain category-wise dashboards and reports for farm-to-production unit movement.

- Share timely updates with leadership on availability, procurement performance, and potential risks.

3. Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation

- Flag risks related to supply shortages, quality, and logistics delays.

- Coordinate with sourcing leads, vendors, and operations teams to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery.

4.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams to address supply chain bottlenecks.

- Support sourcing leads with vendor performance insights and interventions.

5. Data & Reporting Excellence

- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SQL.

- Standardize reporting formats and ensure accuracy and visibility of category performance.

6. Category-Wise Tracking

- Maintain trackers for Chicken, Goat, Lamb, Fish & Seafood.

- Highlight underperforming categories and provide inputs for vendor improvement actions.

7. Key Deliverables

- Daily, weekly, and monthly supply & fill rate reports (by category and region).

- Root-cause analysis of shortages with corrective action tracking.

- Early warning alerts for potential supply disruptions.

- Ongoing process improvements to enhance fill rate, reliability, and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or program management, preferably in FMCG, food, or Agri/animal protein industry.
• Strong exposure to inventory planning, demand-supply alignment, and logistics analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, SAP, SQL.
• Prior experience in tracking OTIF and supply KPIs is highly desirable.
