Role & responsibilities

• Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts across channels and categories.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and leaders to evaluate promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
• Customer & Channel Analytics: Track CAC, LTV, churn, cohort performance, and customer profitability to drive sustainable growth.
• ROI Analysis: Measure effectiveness of marketing spends, offline activations, and promotional investments; optimize for higher returns.
• Performance Reviews: Prepare revenue dashboards, KPIs, and insights for leadership reviews.
• Strategic Insights: Support new revenue initiatives (e.g., offline expansion, new product launches) with financial models and scenario planning.
• Governance: Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition, alignment with accounting policies, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Team Management: Mentor analysts to strengthen revenue analytics and business finance capability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 7-12 years in Business Finance / Revenue Finance / FP&A, preferably in Consumer Internet, E-commerce, or FMCG.
• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute.
• Deep understanding of revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, contribution margin).
• Strong financial modeling & analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Tools: Excel (advanced), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL/Python (nice to have).
