Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internet-based research using search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) to collect and verify data for assigned entities or products.
Extract product specifications, images, and other relevant data from various websites and online marketplaces.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data gathered from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Analyze and present performance metrics to support business decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel and other data management tools.
Ensure data consistency, formatting accuracy, and error-free documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and support ongoing business operations.
Operate independently with minimal supervision while meeting assigned deadlines and targets.

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Excellent internet research skills.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data.
Undergraduate/Graduate in any field.
Ability to multitask, stay focused, and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with e-commerce product data management.
Exposure to Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
