Data Analyst

You will be joining a fast-growing FinTech company as a Data Analyst in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop analytical solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to support data analysis and reporting. - Interpret and present data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring data quality and performance. - Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability. - Assist in the design and development of data visualization dashboards, reports, and presentations for monitoring and communicating data analysis results. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies. - Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation using Excel. - Proficiency in R programming for statistical analysis and data modeling. - Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (Nice to have). - Experience with Python for modeling, machine learning, and data automation (Nice to have). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
